Ok, I’m back for another riveting read and this time I’ve been playing with some awesome business tools to help enhance your online business. I have come across a few really amazing ones so it was hard to only pick a few.
My first suggested Business Tool has to be POWTOON. This is a more interactive and advanced alternative to Power Point. A slide show often leaves viewers bored but POWTOON will leave an audience captivated with high-quality eye catching features.
POWTOON.COM has articles, tutorials and even a few featured videos that other customers have made. It really is an experience to play with. Using this resource to build a video to advertise your site or to place on your landing pages will definitely make people look twice.

Second up we have Livezilla. This is the best online LIVE support programme that I have found. Its crammed with features such as Customer live chat, Real Time visitor monitoring, Multi website support, Operator Client Software, Server Admin console, Customization and Branding and now even has new features Ticketing & Help Desk and a MOBILE Version which means you can take your work where ever you go. Its’ easy to use interface and detailed descriptions will really help make your site visitors into customers.

Third and one of my favourites is Hootsuite. This is the best programme for managing your social media. It has a vast variety of services, and also has options to pay for plans which if your free version does not do what you need it to it costs very little to upgrade to a higher plan, although the free version is best for a new site as it keeps costs down and does all the basics. Like every good site this one has an amazing section on resources, tutorials and each of them is easy to understand.

Ok so our fourth is a fun one but is also helps show more than Google Analytics. You guessed it, it is Crazy Egg. This program is super fun to play with. It is an interactive look on where your visitors are clicking. All I have to say for this one is get in and play with it. They have heaps of different maps that tell you where all the clicking is happening. So, my advice is just to go take a look at it and have a play. I spent hours watching dots come up and it gives you 88% more data than Google Analytics. Hands down the most fun I’ve had with a business tool so far. No, it is not a free programme but you do get a 30 day trial and after that I only suggest paying for it because the benefits of it are too much to pass on.
Now, fifth up is PayPal. Everyone knows PayPal. If you don’t know it, get it. It makes shopping online and receiving online money safe and easy. I use it all the time and it makes you feel safer as it does not share your card or account numbers with the buyer or seller. It is pretty much an online ATM. It is quick and easy take a look its worth obtaining for your online business.
Number six is Dropbox. This is a programme designed to link all your devices (computer/mobile etc.) together. Dropbox is a place for your photos, files, videos and anything else you need to keep and they will automatically be on your devices. If your phone breaks then you can feel safe in knowing you can get your data on your computer. The other feature I like too is that you can share your Dropbox files with other people and they go to family, friends and colleges also. It is easy to use, and a great weight off the worry about losing important files.
Seven is a good one to have a look into. It is Asana. This programme is a work place social site where work is shared. You can see who is working on tasks and their priorities. Asana will cut down your status reports, emails and meetings and help everyone keep up with their work load. It is just another really great tool for running your business. Last but not least I have found the highest ranked SEO tools site. MOZ.COM. The have all of the products and services needed to raise your traffic through your site as well as a handful of other great services to make online business management easy and effective. As well as MOZ, there are also a variety of great free, and paid SEO tools and downloads.
